Happy Monday! We have so much to share with you today, from our September Wine Dinner series to our Wine Club Membership and Grand Opening. Fill up your coffee cup and enjoy a few minutes of sipping and thinking about wine as you get your week started.
Fork & Spoon strives to support Montana's farmers and ranchers by incorporating locally sourced food in its meals whenever possible. As part of this effort, we participate in Harvest of the Month by hosting a monthly Harvest of the Month dinner, where we feature one Montana-native food item in the nightly meal as much as possible. Bring your families and encourage your kids to guess in how many dishes Chef Rick has featured the food item. Thanks to Gallatin Valley Farm to School for their partnership.
Butte, Montana has been known as Ireland's Fifth Province. Steeped in Irish history, this town comes alive with celebration on St. Patrick's Day. The parade starts at noon on the 17th, but there are festivities all day long, and even the day before with the crowning of St Urho. Come prepared to celebrate and have a good time.
On Thursday, February 22nd, Feast Bistro will host a 6 course wine paired dinner featuring wines from Piedmont, Italy. Enjoy Chef Caroline's creative cuisine as seen through the traditional foods of the region and a spectacular line up of delicious wines.
Seating is very limited and reservations will be required for this event. Tickets are available for $120 per person (including gratuity) and dinner will begin at 7:00pm.
